Referenzierung externer Datenquellen

Im Folgenden wird beschrieben wie in einem REXS-Modell/ einer REXS-Datei Komponenten aus externe Datenquellen referenziert werden können. Dies ermöglicht es REXS-Modelle modularer aufzubauen.

Referenzieren von Komponenten in einem REXS-Modell

Ähnlich wie beim Referenzieren von GDE-Dateien oder Klingelnberg-Neutraldaten-Dateien wird im REXS Modell zunächst eine "Platzhalter"-Komponente benötigt. Diese "Platzhalter"-Komponente wird im REXS-Modell in Relationen mit anderen Komponenten verwendet und kann über das Attribut referenced_component_id eine Komponente in einer externen Datenquelle (Datenbank oder auch anderes REXS-Modell) referenzieren. Die referenced_component_id muss in der/den Datenquelle(n) eindeutig sein. Modellspezifische Parameter (z.B. Pose, Orientierung der Bezugsseite/ Kegelspitze, Richtung der Axialkraftaufnahme,...) werden in der Platzhalter-Komponente angegeben. Falls ein Attribut in der Platzhalter-Komponente und der Datenbankkomponente angegeben ist, hat der Wert in der Platzhalter-Komponente Vorrang. Platzhalter-Unterkomponenten (z.B. Wälzkörper) sind nicht zulässig.

Die zu verwendende externe Datenquelle kann über das Attribut data_source gekennzeichnet werden. Es ist aber auch möglich diese nicht explizit anzugeben, die Liste der potenziellen Datenquellen/ Datenbanken muss dann vorab in der Anwendung die das REXS Modell einliest hinterlegt sein.

(1) In die "Platzhalter"-Komponente Welle [3] werden die Daten aus der externen Datei "injiziert".

(2) Im Attribut data_source wird der Pfad zur externen Datei angegeben.

(3) Das Attribut referenced_component_id enthält die ID der zu verwendenden Komponente in der externen Datei.

(4) Modellspezifische Attribute, wie in diesem Beispiel die Vektoren für die Positionierung, werden in der "Platzhalter"-Komponente angegeben und nicht aus der externen Datei übernommen.

(5) Die Komponenten in der externen Datei können wiederum Unterkomponenten enthalten, in diesem Fall zwei Wellenabschnitte und eine Komponente für die Materialdaten.

(6) Die Relationen zwischen der Welle und Ihren Subkomponenten werden ebenfalls in der externen Datei angegeben.



REXS-Datenbank-Dateien

Eine REXS-Datenbank kann in einer separaten REXS-Datei gespeichert werden. Dazu enthält die REXS-Datei eine Liste von "Hauptkomponenten" und ggfs. pro Hauptkomponente einige "Unterkomponenten" mit zugehörigen Relationen.
